For over 20 years we have worked alongside Nigel Smith who has helped to design, implement and keep our systems within school up to date and working efficiently. He genuinely cares about how our children learn and is continuously problem-solving to ensure the ICT resources in school impact on learning. Nigel has an excellent working knowledge and spends time exploring how the ICT environment within school can be maintained and improved. After modernising our Scout Building we were looking to provide a secure WiFi solution to enable the use of the premises to be used by other groups and organisations in today’s world. We wanted it to be managed to ensure it’s always safe to use and functional to our needs.
We contacted LANCS ICT and they provided a free site survey to assess the site and gave us great advice. After we recieved our report and a very competative quotation the installation was organised.
The installation was as promised, very neat and exactly what we were looking for, even though we didnt know what we were looking for!

LANCS ICT has recently taken over the IT technician SLA at our school. In a short space of time, he has managed to resolve some deep rooted ongoing issues and our system is now running much more efficiently.
LANCS ICT also recently installed a brand new network system throughout school with top of the range Aruba equipment. The installation process was seamless and LANCS ICT was found to be very professional and effective.

Being the head of a small semi-rural school, it’s sometimes really difficult to find the right support partner to look after our school’s technology.
