Warranty Terms & Conditions

About Your Warranty:

Our products come with a manufacturer’s warranty of between 1 and 5 years, depending on the item. This warranty is provided and fulfilled directly by the manufacturer or their authorised distributor. They will be your primary point of contact for any repairs, replacements, or claims during the warranty period.

We are always happy to assist by guiding you through the process where possible, but please note that the warranty itself is not provided by LANCS ICT LTD.

If, in the future, the manufacturer or authorised distributor ceases trading, the manufacturer’s warranty may no longer be available.

Your purchase is still protected by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which apply separately from any manufacturer’s warranty.
